A lawyer by training and a dealmaker by nature, Mathieu is a seasoned entrepreneur with a sharp eye for structuring complex hospitality and real estate transactions. Over the past two decades, he has led the strategic setup of cross-border investment vehicles and family office platforms across Europe.

He was notably involved in the structuring of the Royal Monceau Paris, one of the most iconic luxury repositioning projects in Europe. From private banks to fiduciary firms, Mathieu has built a strong reputation for bridging vision and execution.

He has developed innovative solutions for hospitality groups, family offices and financial institutions, combining analytical precision with a deep understanding of operational realities. At the heart of his approach is an ability to translate complexity into clarity — from dashboards to fund frameworks.
